Zet Terms

This document sets out the terms under which you may use Zet at zet-casino.net.pl. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of them, do not use this site.

Scope of these terms

These terms govern your use of zet-casino.net.pl only. This is an independent information portal about Zet, not the operator's own website. We provide editorial content, reviews and guidance for players aged 18 and over (18+). We do not operate the casino, process any transactions or hold any player accounts.

When you register with or deposit at Zet, you accept the operator's own terms and conditions, not ours. The operator's policies govern everything related to your account, funds, bonuses and gameplay.

The relationship between you and us

We publish information about Zet based on publicly available sources, operator disclosures and the latest available terms. We aim for accuracy, but online operators change their offers, limits and policies regularly. We update our content as often as possible, but we cannot guarantee every detail remains current at the moment you read it.

You use the information on this site at your own discretion. Nothing here constitutes financial, legal or professional advice. We encourage you to read the operator's own terms, check current promotional details and verify any figure that matters to your decision before you deposit or play.

What we do not provide

This site does not provide customer support for Zet accounts, and we cannot assist with withdrawals, verification, bonus disputes or technical problems. Contact the operator directly at the support channels they publish. We list those channels on our contact page for reference, but we cannot intervene on your behalf.

Your undertakings

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you comply with the laws of your jurisdiction. Online gambling is restricted or prohibited in some countries and regions. It is your responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful where you reside.

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to violate any applicable regulation, and not to infringe the rights of any third party. You also agree not to attempt to disrupt the site's operation, introduce malicious code or harvest data by automated means.

Our material and intellectual property

All content on zet-casino.net.pl – text, graphics, layout, code and design – is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or republish any part of this site without our prior written consent.

Zet, its logo and any other trademarks mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners. We make no claim to them. Our use of these marks is purely descriptive, to identify the operator we are writing about.

Disclaimers and limits of our responsibility

We provide this site and its content "as is", without any warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its content. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence or any other legal theory.

Third-party links

This site contains links to external websites, including the operator's own pages, payment providers and responsible gambling organisations. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not imply our endorsement.

Service availability

We aim to keep this site available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or withdraw the service temporarily for maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any unavailability.

Data protection

Your use of this site is also governed by our privacy policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it and your rights under UK data protection law. Please read that document alongside these terms.

Access to this site is restricted to persons aged 18 and over (18+). If you share a device with someone under 18, consider using parental-control software such as Net Nanny or Qustodio to prevent minors from reaching gambling-related content.

Responsible gambling

Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems. If gambling stops feeling like a choice, free confidential support is available in the UK through GamCare (0808 8020 133, available 24/7) and BeGambleAware at begambleaware.org. Self-exclusion across all UK-licensed sites is offered by GamStop at gamstop.co.uk, and blocking software such as Gamban (gamban.com) and BetBlocker (betblocker.org) can prevent access to gambling sites on any device.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, our practices or the services we provide. When we do, we will update the date below. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Contact us

For questions about these terms, contact the zet-casino.net.pl editorial team at [email protected]. We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days.
